Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase as much as we love making the products for you. In that spirit, we will gladly accept returns for exchanges or refunds within 60 days if you are not happy with your purchase, or if your product is damaged. Please contact us at t info@pacificcoastfragrances.com to start the process. In good faith, we will work to resolve the situation and make it right.
Exchange & Refund Process
1. Send an email to info@pacificcoastfragrances.com with the following information:
- Your name - that the order was placed under
- Order # - found on your order confirmation email
- Brief description of issue (e.g., my candle jar was broken when I opened my package)
- Picture of issue (e.g, damaged candle)
- Requested resolution e.g. refund
2. The Pacific Coast Home Fragrances team will email you within 3 days of receiving your request. We may ask follow up questions or provide recommendation and suggestions to help resolve the issue. Once we have all the necessary information, in good faith and at our discretion, we will determine if an exchange or refund is appropriate.
3. Exchanges will be shipped out according to our standard shipping within 2-3 days. Refunds will be issued immediately (if appropriate). It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
