How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed with in 2-3 days of placement. We ship via USPS and UPS. Generally, shipping takes 2-5 days to arrive on your door step (depending on your location). 

NOTE: During summer months or heatwaves, we ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. This helps ensure your candles don't sit in a hot truck or warehouse over a weekend. Candles and summer heat just don't go well together. 

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. 

 

I'm sending a gift. Can I include a gift message in my order?

Yes. At check out, you will see an "Order special instructions" box. Type "this is a gift" and the message you want to include. (Note: we will include exactly what you type).

 

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

 

What ingredients do you use in your products?

Our candles are made with 100% pure soy wax, premium, phthalate-free fragrance oils (phthalate is a common chemical used in plastics, household goods, cleaning products, fragrances and cosmetics as a solvent), and cotton wicks. We strive to deliver clean, eco-friendly products to you.

 

Why does the surface of my candle look rough or have craters after it burns?

Soy wax is a natural element made from soy beans. "Cratering" is one of its characteristics. This is normal and doesn't not affect the quality or scent of your candle. 

 

Is there really a "right" way to burn a candle?

What if I need to return my product?

We will gladly accept returns for exchanges or refunds within 60 days if you are not happy with your purchase, or if your product is damaged. Please contact us at info@pacificcoastfragrances.com to start the process. In good faith, we will work to resolve the situation and make it right. Refund Policy.

 

Do you offer custom candles for weddings and special events?

Yes! Candle favors and gifts are one of best ways to say thank you to your guests. They will enjoy them long after the event. You can select from a variety of fragrances, mini tin colors and choose a customized label. Please send inquiries to: hello@pacificcoastfragrances.com
